Dreaming of a white Christmas is high on many people's Christmas wish lists regardless of where one lives. And, regardless of age! We dream of dashing through the snow in a one-horse open sleigh, laughing and singing all the way.
Even a light dusting of snow on Christmas Day is a gift that fulfills our wish lists. White snowflake decorated lanterns provide the dream of snow for those who rarely have snow for Christmas.
But, those who dream of dashing through the snow really want deeper snow on a hillside for flying down the slope on a sled. What a perfect way to spend Christmas afternoon working off extra calories from Christmas roast turkey and all the trimmings.
